Law establishes
that war veterans are also persons who became disabled as a result of injuries
or other damages to health received during mass actions of public protest in
Ukraine starting from November 21, 2013 till February 21, 2014 (hereinafter -
Revolution of Dignity) and those who asked for medical help in the period of November 21, 2013 till April 30,
2014.

Paragraph one of this clause does not apply to militia workers, persons who served in special purpose law-enforcement authorities, military men of internal forces, Armed Forces and other military formations who became disabled as a result of injuries or other damages to health received when fulfilling their duties connected with the Revolution of Dignity.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determines the order of granting the status of war veterans to persons mentioned in paragraph one of this clause.
The Law was adopted with consideration of some remarks submitted during the discussion.
